- There will be additional team fees for all high-performance teams (13UAA/13U AAA/15U AA/15U AAA/18U AAA/18U CP). These fees will be determined by the coaching staff of each team and communicated prior to the start of the season.
- Registration for all divisions other than 5U will close March 31st or earlier based on coach/volunteer availability. Wait lists may be provided at that time for players who have missed the cut off deadline. Early registration helps our volunteers plan for the best experience possible for the players
- Accommodations will be made for team placements for 5U/7U players where possible. All players in the 9U/11U/13U/15U/18U age groups will be expected to attend evaluation sessions prior to the beginning of the season with the goal of creating balanced teams for the best player experiences. Other than for special circumstances such as siblings, no requests for team placements will be considered.
- Tryout dates for high performance teams will be announced prior to the start of the season. These tryouts are open to all players registered with Tri-City Thunder.
- Any player wishing to be considered for a divisional move up must register for their current age group and must be available to attend the scheduled evaluation sessions. Move ups will be at the discretion of the Division Chair and based on the best needs of the player/club & available space within the division.

Financial Assistance Policy
TCTMBA never wants to see a child miss their opportunity to play for financial reasons, so we work with foundations that are available to provide financial support to those families who could use assistance with registration fees. These organizations will support children and families in their efforts to play organized sports, and will actually pay the league fees to TCTMBA to allow children the opportunity to play baseball. Please visit the websites below and work with them to apply for funding.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Confirmation of funding from any of these programs must be received by TCTMBA by April 1st, and can be sent to general mailbox the registrar.
