Codes of Conduct

TCTMBA prides itself on delivering a positive baseball experience for ALL participants. Codes of Conduct for players, coaches, and parents help us all stay on track. Please take a moment to review these Codes of Conduct, as by registering, you agree you have read and understood these codes and are expected to uphold them.

Please note:

  • A $25 fee will be added to registrations made on or after March 1. We want to be able to create even teams in a timely way and we hope this will encourage everyone to register early.
  • There will be additional team costs for 15U AA, 15U AAA and 18U AAA. These fees will be determined by the coaching staff of each team.
  • Registration for ALL divisions except 5U will close on March 31st to allow Division Coordinators time to form balanced teams. Certain divisions may close earlier depending on coach and volunteer availability.
  • We cannot guarantee your player will be on the same team as their friends. We do our best to accommodate this in the younger divisions. However, starting at the 11U level, our goal is to balance teams to make sure everyone has an enjoyable playing experience. This means the make up of the teams starts to change.

Payment Options

Please note that registration payments are to be made by credit card or etransfer only, at the time of registration.

Refun Policy

If for some reason your registered player is unable to play this season, you may apply for a refund of the registration fees until April 30th. To do this, you must let the appropriate Division Coordinator know that your player needs to withdraw. Your refund will then be processed by the Registrar. Please allow some time for this. Refunds requested from March 2nd to April 30th are subject to an administration fee of $25.

No refunds will be issued for requests made after April 30th.

Financial Assistance Policy

TCTMBA never wants to see a child miss their opportunity to play for financial reasons, so we work with foundations that are available to provide financial support to those families who could use assistance with registration fees. These organizations will support children and families in their efforts to play organized sports, and will actually pay the league fees to TCTMBA to allow children the opportunity to play baseball. Please visit the websites below and work with them to apply for funding.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Confirmation of funding from any of these programs must be received by TCTMBA by April 1st, and can be sent to general mailbox the registrar.
