TCMBA Strategic Plan Development – We Want to Hear From You!
TCMBA is developing a new Strategic Plan! This plan will provide an overarching vision for the organization, as well as set priorities for the board to work toward over the next four years. Every year at the AGM, progress toward the priorities will be shared with the membership as part of the President’s Report. The Plan helps keep the board accountable to the members, and helps members understand the actions of the organization in the context of the priorities.
As part of the drafting of the Plan, we need feedback from our membership to help inform this important work! Anyone who fills out the survey will be entered into draws for a $100 gift card from MVP Baseball (Maximum one entry per family)
