We are excited to invite all members to our Annual General Meeting (AGM), where we will reflect on our achievements, address important matters, and look ahead to the upcoming season.

Our association's success is built upon the dedication and passion of our volunteers. We take pride in being a volunteer-run organization, and it's your continued support that makes everything possible. Together, we create a vibrant baseball community that fosters growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

 

At this year's AGM, we have some crucial positions within the association that need to be filled for the upcoming season. These roles are instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our baseball programs, events, and the overall functioning of the association. We're counting on members like you to step forward and contribute to our shared success.

Elected Members:

  • Vice President

  • Secretary

  • Divisional Coordinator

  • Director at Large x2

 

Non-Elected Members

  • 5U Coordinator

  • 13U Coordinator

  • Concession Coordinator

  • Team Store

  • Events Coordinator

  • Tournament Coordinator

  • Training Coordinator

  • Umpire Allocators(11u, 13u, 15u, 18u)

  • Player Development Coordinator

 

If you have the passion and commitment to help steer our association in the right direction, we encourage you to consider volunteering for one of these roles. Your involvement not only benefits our organization but also allows you to actively shape the future of baseball in our community.

 

Even if you are not available to take a position, please do attend to share your ideas, insights, and suggestions during the meeting. Your input is invaluable in guiding our decisions and initiatives for the upcoming season. Together, we can make a significant impact on the growth and success of our baseball association.
